内容 This article contains four parts: 1) the important position of university fundamental physics education in cultivating the experts who will face the 21st century is pointed out, and the aim and significance of researching this subject are illustrated ; 2) the present situation, practice and characteristics of university fundamental physics education in Japan, and China are analyzed, including lectures, exercises and experiment education ; 3) the existing problems at present and how to deal with them between Japan and China are discussed ; 4) in order to. further deepen the reform of university fundamental physics education, some worthy problems remained to explore are also discussed.
