運動時の血圧反応に及ぼす安静時加速度脈波並びに推定V^^・O_2maxの影響   :   Effect of resting Accelarated Plethysmography and predicted V^^・O_2 max on blood pressure during bicycle ergometer

内容 To clarify the effect of resting Accelarated Plethysmography (APG) and predicted V^^・O_2 max on blood pressure during bicycle ergometer, 20 healthy male and female university students served as the subjects. Subjects were divided into two groups of the above (A-group) and the below (B-group) of mean value of resting Accelarated Plethysmography (APG) and predicted V^^・O_2 max. Results are summarized as the follows. 1) There was a significant relationship between resting APG index and predicted V^^・O_2 max value (p<0.05). Mean values was 60.9points±4.43 in resting APG index, and 51.9ml/kg/min±2.05 in predicted V^^・O_2 max. 2) In the two groups clasified by resting APG index, there was no difference in systolic blood pressure during bicycle ergometer both male and female, however A-group in female was more significant decrease than B-group in diastolic blood pressure. Diastolic blood pressure in A-group decreased more significant than B-group at the level of 120beats/min of heart rate (p<0.05), and at the level of 40-0x1.fcadp+0nd 6026662615000f maximum heart rate reserve (p<0.05). 3) There were no siginificant differences between two groups of predicted V^^・O_2 max in systolic and diastolic blood pressure during bicycle ergometer. 4) From the above mentioned, it suggests that resting APG is one of a effective measure to predict the blood pressure responses during exercise.
