内容 既報の金町小かぶの実験では, 乾燥により初期の生育を抑制し, 後多湿として後期の生育を旺盛にした場合は裂根を増大したが, 今回は播種期, 基肥の深さ, 施肥量の差異により, 前報と同様な生長曲線を示した場合, 同様に裂根を増大するかを実験し次の結果を得た。1.4月5日播はそれ以前の播種よりも, 後期の生育が旺盛となるために裂根を増大した。又春播(4月)は秋播(9月)に比し初期の生育が悪く, 後期の生育が旺盛なため裂根が増大した。2.基肥を2.5寸の深さに施肥した場合は, 初期の生育が良く, 裂根も少いが, 5寸の深さに施肥した場合は, 初期の生育が悪く後期に急激に肥大するために裂根が増大した。3.燐酸の多い区は初期の生育が良好で, 後期の生育が衰えるために裂根が少く, 加里の多い区は初期の生育よりも, 後期の生育が旺盛なために裂根は増大した。
It is previously reported about the experiment of the Kanamackhi Kokabu that the number of cracking was increased when the early seasons is dry and the later seasons is wet. So, the experiment of the Kanamamachi Kokabu of this time, I experiment the effect of the number of cracking with the difference of planting seasons, depth of ground fertilizer and the kind of manure, when the growth curve shows us the same result previously experiment. The result of the new experiment is as follows. 1. In case of seed sowed on 5April, the number of cracking was increased for the grow up in early seasons is better than sowed on the day before. Also, compared with fall-sowing, spring-sowing shows us the result that the number of cracking was increased because the grow up in the later seasons is better. 2. When the ground fertilizer was given 7.5 cm in depth, it is grow up in the early seasons and also number of cracking is few. But, when the ground fertilizer was given 15cm in depth, the number of cracking was increased because the growth is worse in the early seasons and better in the later seasons. 3. Many phosphate contained area, the number of cracking is few, because the growth in the early seasons is better, and in the later seasons is weaker. On the other side many potassium contained area, the number of cracking was increased because the growth in the early seasons is better than in the later seasons.
