ネコの視床下部刺激によるスイッチ切り行動に及ばすコリン作動薬と抗コリン作動薬の効果   :   The Effects of Cholinergic and Anticholinergic Drugs on the Switch-off Behavior Motivated by Hypothalamic Stimulation in the Cats

内容 本研究の目的は, ネコの視床下部刺激によるスイッチ切り行動におよぼすコリン作動薬(eserine)と抗コリン作動薬(atropine)の効果をみることである。実験1はeserineについて検討した。すなわち, 実験1-1では箱IIを用い, eserine 0.1mg/kgを, 実験1-2では箱I(低困難度)と箱II(高困難度)を用い, eserine 0.05mg/kgを, 実験1-3では2つの箱を用い, eserine 0.1mg/kgを筋注し, それぞれの効果をみた。実験2はatropineについてみた。実験2-1は, 箱IIを用い, atropine 0.3mg/kgを, 実験2-2では, 2つの箱を用い'atropine 0.3mg/kgを, 実験2-3では, 2つの箱を用い, atropine 0.4mg/kgを筋注し, それぞれの効果を検討した。結果は次のとおりである。1.実験1-1では, スイッチ切りの潜時が投与後1〜2時間目に最も延長され, 投与後4時間目までにほぼ投与前の潜時に近づき, 24時間後には完全に投与前の段階にもどった。実験1-2においては, 個体差が大きく, それは箱IIにおいて, 顕著であった。実験1-3において課題の困難度の効果をみると, 箱IIの方が潜時が大きい傾向がみられたが, ほとんど箱の違いの効果を受けないネコと, 非常に影響を受けるネコとあり, 個体差が大きかった。2.実験2-1では, 投与後1〜3時間目に最もスイッチ切りの潜時が長くなる傾向があったが, しかし, 投与後4時間目に効果が最大になるネコもあり, 全体的に実験1のようにスムーズな潜時の変化でなかった。また, 投与後潜時が短くなる傾向のあるネコもみられた。実験2-2においては, 個体差が大きくみられた。そして, 課題の困難度の効果ははっきりしないが, 箱IIの方でスイッチ切りの潜時が大きく延長されるネコがいた。実験2-3では, atropine投与の量を増したが, その効果はあまり明瞭でなかった。以上の結果から,
The purposes of the experiments (Exp.) were to examine effects of cholinergic (eserine) and anticholinergic (atropine) drugs on the switch-off behavior (SOB) motivated by hypothamic stimulation in nine tame adult cats. In Exp. 1-1, effects of eserine (0.1 mg/kg) on SOB in the experimental box II (box II) was examined for five cats. Exp. 1-2 was designed to compare effects of eserine (0.05 mg/kg) on SOB in the experimental box I (box I) with those in the box II for three cats. These boxes were so designed to perform SOB in the box I was easier than that in the box II. Exp. 1-3 was designed to compare effects of eserine (0.1 mg/kg) on SOB in the box I with those in the box II for seven cats. Exp. 2-1 was designed to investigate effects of atropine (0.3 mg/kg) on SOB in the box II for six cats. Exp. 2-2 was designed to compare effects of atropine (0.3 mg/kg) on SOB in the box I with those in the box II for eight cats. Exp. 2-3 was designed to compare the effects of atropine (0.4 mg/kg) on SOB in the box I with those in the box II for five cats. Eserine and atropine were administrated by a intramuscular injection. In these experiments, response latencies of SOB in the experimental boxes were measured 10 or 20 times just before the administration of eserine or atropine, and 0.5 hrs, 1 hrs, 2 hrs, 4 hrs, 5 hrs, and 6 hrs or 24 hrs after the administration. The results were followings: 1. In Exp. 1-1, response latencies of SOB began to lengthen after the administration, and continued to lengthen till 2 hrs after the administration. The latency of SOB at about 24 hrs after the administration was as long as before the administration (see Fig. 2). In Exp. 1-2, the latency of SOB in one of three cats was greatly lengthened by the administration especially in the box II (see Fig. 3). In Exp. 1-3, there was a tendency that latencies of SOB in the box II was longer than those in the box I after the administration (see Fig. 4). 2.
