内容 i)薬斑は最初水浸または油浸状を呈しほぼ円形かまたはその集合体をなすものと, 葉脈が褐変するため黒条状になるものとがある.ii)円形の薬斑には薬斑全体が退色斑点をなすものと, 周囲のみ退色し中心部は健全であるものとの2型がある.iii)薬斑は葉表より葉裏に明瞭に見られる場合が多い.iv)葉裏で明瞭な斑点を生じても表側にまでには及ばない.又その逆の場合もあり得る.v)薬斑は概ね健全部との境が明瞭で, 且つ後に凹入することが多い.vi)薬害葉は長期日経過後外観が平滑(葉の表裏共)となり撓屈に対してもろくなる.又硬化するために比較的外傷を生じ難い.vii)薬害葉は罹病性が低められる.viii)健全葉に比し葉肉の厚さが減じる.i)2, 3水銀剤を発芽床に含有せしめて播種後の花粉の発芽を検したところ, 収縮して不発芽が多く発芽しても数パーセントに過ぎなかった.ii)花梗, 花糸から水銀を吸収せしめ, その花粉の発芽に対する影響を見たところ明瞭な事実は認められなかった.iii)開葯した後の花粉に対して散布しても花粉の発芽には殆んど支障がなかった.iv)一花房中開花度の異る未開葯への散布後の影響は廿世紀, 長十郎共未開花々房の方が開花々房よりも幾分発芽率が高かったが明らかではなかった.v)圃場散布によれば一花房中開花度の進んだもの程結果率が低下し, 未開花数の多い花房程高かったことから, 水銀剤散布は花粉へよりも雌芯に障害を与えるものと思われた.i)冬期散布剤としてウスプルンの効果を検討し次の結果を得た.ii)室内試験ではウスプルンに浸漬した供試病斑部は水洗処理しても胞子形成抑制力が低下せず, 圃場試験にも応用されることを暗示した.iii)対称としたクロンは抑制力は強いが水洗処
1) Spottings that appear as damage on plants resulting from the application of mercury containing fungicides vary with their chemical formulation. 2) Distinguishable spotting that results from chemical application is seen more on the underside of the leaves. 3) Such spottings become smooth, and the texture of the leaves turns brittle with age. 4) Those leaves that received the chemical damage show reduction in the thickness of the leaves and are less affected by diseases. The reason for this is not clearly understood. 5) Germination of pollen cells was from 5 to 6 percent when performed on a germination and contained organic mercury compound. 6) There was no clear effect on the germination of pollen cells borne on flowers whose petals and filaments were allowed previously to absorb organic mercury fungicides. 7) The germination of pollen cells was not affected by the spray of mercury containing fungicides applied on opened anthers. 8) According to field tests, the setting of the fruit was worse on those clusters the flowers were further in advance of opening. Those clusters that were in bud stage showed higher percentage of fruit setting. 9) It appeared that the organic mercury compound had a greater influence on stigma and pistil than on other parts of the flower. 10) According to laboratory tests, the weathering of diseased portion of a plant immersed in a solution of "Uspulun" was less in extent than that of PCP-Na salt. 11) The effectiveness of the lime sulphur that contains PCP-Na salt was greater at the time just prior to the opening of the buds, in which case the bounds of chemical injury and effectiveness are close to each other. "Uspulun" diluted to 1/600 parts is well within the limit of chemical injury on opening buds. This chemical can safely be used with desired effect when applied as a winter spray. The cost of application of "Uspulun" per unit area is cheaper than the other chemicals.
