内容 1.1957年度において, 果樹花粉の懸濁剤として植物油特にオリーブ油について試験を行った.2.人工発芽床による試験ではナシ花粉(二十世紀)は浸漬2時間, モモ花粉(橘早生), リンゴ花粉(祝, 旭), カキ花粉(禅寺丸, ヘグロ柿)では浸漬3時間でも油中の花粉の発芽なく, 人工発芽床置床後の発芽率並びに花粉管の伸長ともに良好で, 無浸漬花粉のそれに遜色がなかった.3.オイルシンナーとしての酢酸アミルは, 添加量は10%以内でないとモモ, ナシ, リンゴ花粉の発芽, 花粉管伸長を阻げるが, カキでは10%の添加で支障がなかった.4.ギベレリンの添加はリンゴ, カキ浸漬花粉の発芽率, 花粉管伸長によい影響が認められなかった.5.各種植物油中オリーブ油が浸漬用によく次いで菜種油であり, 落花生油は不良であった.6.リンゴ祝, 旭の場合オリーブ油3時間浸漬花粉によるゴールデンデリシヤスの結果叢歩合, および結果率は無浸漬花粉による場合の100に対し, 夫々57, 46を示した.7.オリーブ油浸漬花粉により他家交配されたリンゴゴールデンデリシャスの結実果では種子数が少なく, また富有柿では不受精による落果が多かった.
Liquid Oil especialy Olive Oil for intend to suspend pollen of fruit trees in them were examined in 1957. In the artificial germinate test, Pear's pollen (var. NIJUSEIKI) which were soaked in oil during 2 hours and the pollen of Peach (var. TACHIBANA-WASE), Apple (var. AMERICAN SUMMER PEARMAIN) and Persimon (var. ZENZIMARU and HEGURO) which were soaked in oil during 3 hours showed non-germination in the oils, and moreover the germinating percent and the growth of pollen tube since were set on artficial germinating floor, were both good and by no means in ferior to non-soaked their pollen. Acetic amil as the oil thinner did not disturbe the germination and the growth of Peach's, Pear's and Apple's pollen tube in the sphere of 100f its addition, higher addition showed apparant disturbance, but in the case of Persimon's pollen the disturbance did not occur. The suitable oils for intend to employ were Olive Oil and Natane Oil. Peanut Oil was no good. The cluster and fruit set of apple-Golden Delicious which were pollinaized by the pollen during 3 hours soaked in oil showed each the ratio of 57 and 46 to the unsoaked's 100. The fruit which were pollinaized by the pollen which were soaked in the oil showed few seeds and unfertilaized fruit drops were numerous in apple and persimon.
