内容 水和剤・乳剤・液剤・粉剤形態のNematicideを土壤に施こした場合, 土壤中における土壤の吸着と薬剤の透過がどのように行われるか, その様相を明らかにするためin vitroの実験を行った.薬剤は水和剤(MN-400, YNB-100), 乳剤(EDB-40, Nemathane, DBCP), 液剤(Vapam), 粉剤(MN-400, PRD)を用い, 各種の土壤(clay, loam, sand)中を透過せしめ, その濾液によるRh. terricolaの浸漬殺線虫効果をみるとともに, 土壤の各位置にM.incognita var. acritaの卵塊を置いて, 同様に処理し, その殺卵効果をみることによって, 吸着, 透過の様相を明らかにしようとした.なお, Vapamについては特に濾液の化学分析を併行して行った.その結果を要約すると次の通りである.1)MN-400(水和剤), YNB-100ではloamにおける吸着が最も強く, clay, sandでは透過し易かった.2)EDB-40, Nemathaneの吸着はclay, loam, sandの順に強かった.3)DBCPの吸着はclay, loam, sandの順に強かった.4)Vapamの吸着はclay, loamでほとんど差がなく, sandでは弱かった.Vapamを土壤に透過せしめると, 土壤に吸着され, 次いでVapamより殺線虫力の高いisothiocyanateに変化するが, このisothiocyanateは透過し易く, かつ日時が経過すると分解する.5)loamではMN-400(粉剤)の透過がMN-400(水和剤)より激しかった.したがってclayでは粉剤を, loamでは水和剤を使用すべきであろう.6)PRDの滲透はsand, loam, clayの順に強かった.7)水和剤・乳剤・液剤は土壤の上層部において, 強い吸着を示した.粉剤は施こした部分より下層へ向って, 少しづつ滲透していく傾向にある.8)土壤の種類別ではMN-400, YNB-100はloamに, 他の薬剤はclayに最も強く吸着され, sandはいづれの薬剤とも吸着は弱く, 透過され易かった.
This paper deals with some experiments on adsorption and penetration of eight non-fumigant nematicides in the soil. The materials are as follows: nematicides: wettable power type--MN-400, YNB-100. emulsion type--EDB-40, Nemathane, DBCP (Nemagon.) liquid type--Vapam. dust type--MN-400, PRD. soils: clay, loam, sand. nematodes: Rhabditis terricola (cultured 20〜30 days on potato medium) egg-mass of M. incogniia var. acriia. The results are as follows: MN-400 (wettable power) and YNB-100 were adsorbed most strongly by the loam, easily penetrated in the clay and the sand. EDB-40 and Nemathane were adsorbed strongly by the clay, moderately by the loam and weakly by the sand. DBCP were adsorbed strongly by the clay. Vapam were strongly adsorbed by both clay and loam, but weakly by the sand. A part of the vapam in the soil was transformed into isothiocyanate, and after a few days, this isothiocyanate decomposed into other substances. The nematicidal action of isothiocyanate was stronger than that of vapam. MN-400 (dust) penetrated in the clay less than MN-400 (wettable powder). Accordingly, applications of MN-400 should be in dust type to the clay, but in wettable powder type to the loam. PRD penetrated easily in the sand, moderately in the loam, and hardly in the clay. The nematicide of wettable powder-, emulsion-, or liquid type which was applied to the soil surface, was easily adsorbed at the soil layer close to the surface. The nematicide of the dust type which was applied to the middle soil layer, was adsorbed by the upper soil layer and weakly by the lower soil layer. MN-400 (wettable powder) and YNB-100 were most strongly absorbed by the loam, while the other nematicides strongly adsorbed by the clay. All the nematicides easily penetrated through the sand.
