環境の差異が富有柿の花芽形成に及ぼす影響   :   Flower bud formation of Fuyu Kaki under different ecological conditions

内容 1.富有柿の花芽の発育を環境条件を異にする松戸(千葉大学園芸学部)と石和町(山梨県甲府盆地)の2個所で比較調査を行った.2.両地区において略同様な栄養状態を示すと認められる5〜10個体から採取した枝梢を, A区(発育枝10cm), B区(同20cm), C区(同35cm), D区(同50cm以上の徒長枝), E区(結果枝20cm), F区(同35cm)の6区に類別し, 各枝梢上に着生する花芽数, その大きさ, 発達階程, 冬芽内に包蔵される花芽数, その他を比較した.3.花芽数はC区(発育枝35cm), D区(徒長枝), F区(結果枝35cm)において多く, 石和地区のものは松戸地区のものより花芽数ははるかに多い.なお, 冬芽内の花芽数は冬芽の大きさと密接な関係があり, 大きい冬芽には多くの花芽を含んでいるが, 松戸では大きい冬芽には花芽数はかえって少ない.4.花芽は松戸と石和とにおいて質的に異なる性状を示し, 石和地区のものは松戸地区のものより充実した良質の花芽となっている.5.花芽の肥大は両地区とも8月から10月までは少なく, 収穫後に行われ, とくに1月には石和地区のものが優れている.6.3月から開花期までの落蕾は松戸で多く, 石和ではほとんど問題にならない程度である.
Comparative study of the development of flower bud under different ecological conditions is useful for suitable pruning and other managements of Kaki tree. We observed the development of flower bud on branch of Fuyu-kaki which are classified according to the lengths of the vegetative shoot and bearing shoot, there are following six plots, A : 10cm. vegetative shoot, B : 20cm. the same, C : 35cm. the same, D : above 50cm. vigorous shoot, E : 20cm. bearing shoot, F : 35cm. the same. They are cultivated under different conditions from the point of climate and soil, one is Matsudo City (Faculty of Horticulture of Chiba University) and the other is Isawa Town (Kofu valley in Yamanashi Prefecture). We observed the number of the flower buds on each branch, size and developmental stage, the number of the flower buds which are contained in each flower bud on branch and so on. In both districts, the larger branches such as the groupes of C, D and F had more flower buds than the poorer ones such as A, B and E. Each branches in Isawa district had more flower buds than those in Matsudo. On the whole, it seems that there are close relation between the size of flower bud on branch and flower buds in it. In Matsudo, however, larger flower buds on branch had less flower buds in them, on the contrary. The flower buds in Isawa developed more than those in Matsudo. The differentiation of flower bud began in July, and developed gradually from August to October, and after the harvest it developed rather evidently, especially the development of the flower bud in Isawa was conspicuous. The falling of the younger flower from March to the time of blooming was more in Matsudo than Isawa. During the growing season, the temperature of Isawa is high in daytime and low in night, but that of Matsudo is high in both. Thus the difference of flower develoment in both districts seems to depend upon the difference of accumulation of carbohydrates in Kaki tree caused by climate and soil.
