輸出ヤマユリの貯蔵に関する研究   :   Storage Studies with Bulbs of Lilium auratum for Export

内容 輸出用ヤマユリの生産, 貯蔵, 輸出時における条件(球根養成土質, 肥料成分, 堀上げ時期, 球根の大きさ, 貯蔵パッキング材料, 貯蔵温度, 湿度, 貯蔵期間)を組合せ貯蔵球根の品質, 腐敗, 定植後の生育, 開花に及ぼす影響を1959〜1962年に実験した.輸出用球根として総合的に考察すれば砂壌土で, 無肥料よりはNに対しP, Kを多く施肥して栽培し葉が完全に黄変したころの遅堀りの中, 大球(球周20〜27cm以上, 球重100〜160g以上)を容水量の25〜35%の湿度にしたvermiculiteで包装し, できるだけ短期間, 低温貯蔵(8℃)した球根が良いといえる.ただ遠距離, 長期貯蔵の場合は埴土産のものが良いようである.
Factors in bulb growing, storage and export of Lilium auratum, native to northern part of Japan, were studied during 1959-1962. Factors studied, influencing bulb quality, growth and flowering after export, were bulb production soils, application rates of fertilizers in previous year, harvest times, size of bulbs, packing media, packing moistures, storage temperatures and storage period of bulbs. The best bulbs for export were produced when the bulbs were grown on the sandy loam soil, applying more rate of P and K to N and dug when the plants died. Storage studies indicated that the best bulbs for shipment were medium, large-sized ones (20-27cm more in circumference, and 100-160g more in weight), packed in vermiculite of 25-35Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide characteroisture and stored at lower temperatures (8℃ or lower) for shorter period. For longer storage in shipment, two months or more, bulbs produced on clay soil appeared to be better than sandy loam soil-grown bulbs.
