内容 1)モモに対するネコブセンチュウの分布は, 不定点附根調査法において適切な結果を得ることができた.2)定点調査における根まわり以外の位置でのネコブセンチュウ幼虫の検出数は, 樹からの水平距離200cm, 深さ5〜15cmの位置で多かった.3)不定点附根調査における根まわり土壌中のネコブセチュウ幼虫の検出数は, 樹からの水平距離0〜200cm, 深さ0〜100cmの範囲で多かった.4)不定点附根調査における根の根瘤指数は, 根群の分布に即して, 水平, 垂直, 方位別のいかなる位置においても著しく高く, また, 旧根の根瘤指数は, 新根と比較して全体に高かった.5)不定点附根調査において根の根瘤指数と根辺土壌中のネコブセンチュウ幼虫の検出数とは, 採取検体全体の平均では相関が見られなかった.しかし根瘤指数階級別の検体における根瘤指数と幼虫の検出数との関係は, 旧根の指数の高い場合に幼虫の検出数も多かった.6)モモネコブセンチュウ病に対するDBCP剤の処理は, 10g/m^2(有効成分)で, かなり根瘤指数の低下を示し, 殺線虫作用を認めた.
The distribution of root knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita var. acrita Chitwood) in peach orchard were clearly observed in sampling of soil samples from around root and root samples which took random horizontal and vertical ranges from tree. In sampling with regular horizontal and vertical ranges from tree, the population density of root knot nematode larvae in soil samples at root free portion were found highly in distance of 200cm. from tree horizontally and 5 to 15cm. depth vertically. In sampling with random horizontal and vertical ranges, the population density of root knot nematode larvae in soil samples took from around root were found highly in the range of 200cm. from tree horizontally and 100cm. depth vertically. In sampling with former random ranges, the root knot index of peach roots were recognized very clearly at all horizontal and vertical ranges belong to the root system of peach tree. There was no relationship between the root knot index and the population density of root knot nematode larvae in soil samples took from around root, in total averages of all samples, but correlated between the root knot index of old roots and the population density of larvae. The application which was used 10 gr. per 1 sq. m. of active ingredient DBCP, to root knot nematode disease of peach, indicated the nematicidal effects apparently. In experiments of application method of DBCP, the effect showed in double application method which irrigated to upper portion and injected at low concentration to under portion at same time.
