内容 1)遠沈浮遊法によつて, ネコブセンチュウ卵の土壌からの分離について検討した.2)種々の段階の比重液中での卵浮遊検出率は, 1.12の比重液では27.3%, また1.40では92.7%で最高に達した.3)単離卵混入土壌からの卵検出率は, 土壌の種類によつて異なり, 砂土では1.36, 1.40の比重液を用いた場合に80%以上を示し, 砂壌土, 壌土, 埴土では順次低下し, 埴土では1.40の比重液で約70%であつた.4)卵のう混入土壌からの卵検出率は, 砂土では1.40の比重液を用いた場合に80%を示したが, その他の土壌では著しく異なり, 埴土では1.40の比重液で約46%であつた.5)第1次採卵および第2次採卵による卵検出率の割合は, 第1次採卵による卵検出率の方が非常に高いが, 第1次および第2次採卵による卵検出率の合計が低くなると, 第2次採卵による卵検出率の割合が高まる傾向を示した.6)卵のう混入土壌からの遠沈浮遊法による卵の検出能率とBaermann法による孵化幼虫の検出能率とでは, 何れの供試土壌においても卵の検出能率の方が高く, 特に砂土では顕著であつた.
1) An experiment was done with regard to the isolation from soil of the eggs of root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita var. acrita Chitwood) by the centrifugal-flotation technique. 2) The percentage of eggs recovered in ZnSO_4 solutions of various specific gravities was 27.3% with the solution having a specific gravity of 1.12, and the highest percentage was 92.7% with the solution having a specific gravity of 1.40. 3) The percentage of eggs recovered from soil which involved free eggs was above 80% with the solutions having specific gravities of 1.36 and 1.40 in sandy soil, but it decreased gradually with different types of soil, that is, sandy loam, loam and clay. With clay soil, the percentage of the eggs recovered was about 70% with the solution having a specific gravity of 1.40. 4) The percentage of eggs recovered from soil which involved egg-masses was 80% with the solution having a specific gravity of 1.40, but it differed severely in other types of soil, and the percentage of eggs recovered from clay soil was about 46% with the solution having the same specific gravity. 5) The percentage of the eggs recovered by the first isolation and the second isolation from the same sample was very higher with the former isolation than the latter, but when the total percentage of both isolations was low, the percentage of the eggs recovered by the second isolation increased a little. 6) By the experiment which compared the number of the eggs recovered by the centrifugal-flotation technique with that of the hatched larvae recovered by the Baermann funnel technique, it was known that the number of eggs was greater than that of hatched larvae in any type of soil, particularly in sandy soil.
