内容 (1)合成培地のpHを調節し, 或は食塩を培地に添加することによつてAspergillus amstelodamiの分生子とascosporeをそれぞれ選択的に形成させることができた.ascosporeは50%の蔗糖を含むpH7.1の培地に形成され, 分生子はこの培地に更に食塩を15%加えpHを4.3に調節したとき選択的に形成された.(2)こうして作られたA. amstelodamiの分生子或はascosporeを振りまぜ培養で発芽試験をした.これらの胞子は発芽するのにA. oryzaeの分生子よりも長い時間を必要とした.
Selective formation of conidiospores and ascospores of Aspergillus amstelodami (Mangin) Thom et. Church were achieved using synthetic media by controlling their pH or by the addition of sodium chloride to them. Ascospores were selectively formed on the medium containing 500f sucrose and pH was adjusted to 7.1. Conidiospores were selectively formed when the same medium was further added with 151024644400f sodium chloride and pH was adjusted to 4.3. Pure preparations of conidiospores and ascospores of Aspergillus amstdodami were thus harvested respectively, and their germination experiments were carried out in shaking culture. Results obtained showed that these spores required longer period of time to germinate than that required by conidiospores of Aspergillus or yzae.
