内容 1 1961年から1963年にかけて, モモ玲紅及び大久保について, ドルマント, 改良ネオデーン, ピーチシン, 3CP, NAAを用い薬剤摘果試験を行なつた.薬剤の濃度及び散布時期は, ドルマント, 改良ネオデーンは200, 400, 800ppmを75%開花期及び満開期に散布した.ピーチシンは50, 100, 200, 300ppmを満開期と満開2日, 5日, 10日後に散布した.3CPは25, 75, 150, 300ppm, NAAは20, 40, 60ppmをそれぞれ満開期及び満開2日, 5日, 10日, 20日, 30日後に散布した.2 薬剤の摘果効果は, DN剤では200, 400ppmでは摘果効果が認められず, 800ppmでは顕著な効果が認められたが摘果過多であつた.ピーチシンは, 1961年に300ppmを満開2日, 5日, 10日後に散布して顕著な摘果効果が得られたが, 摘果過多であつた.1962年にピーチシン200ppmを満開期に散布して十分な効果が得られたが, 1963年においては摘果過多であつた.3CP及びNAAは十分な摘果効果が得られなかつた.3 ドルマント及びピーチシンの結果枝の種類による摘果効果の差は認められなかつた.4 人工授粉の有無による摘果効果の差は認められなかつた.5 薬害はドルマント800ppm散布区にみられたが, 他の薬剤についてはみられなかつた.
1. From 1961 to 1963 spray thinning experiments were conducted on peaches (varieties: Reiko and Okubo) with such chemicals as DNBP (Triethano-lammonium-2, 4-dinitro-6-(1-methylpropyl) pheno-late, DN (2, 4-dinitro-6-cychlohexyl phenol acetate), Peach-thin (N-1-naphthylphthalamic acid), 3CP (3-chlorophenoxypropionic acid) and NAA (α-naphthalene acetic acid). DNBP and DN were sprayed at 200, 400 and 800ppm at the time of 75 percent bloom and full bloom. Peach-thin was sprayed at 50, 100, 200 and 300ppm in full bloom and 2, 5 and 10 days after full bloom. 3CP was sprayed at 25, 75, 150 and 300ppm and NAA at 20, 40, 60ppm, both at the time of full bloom and 2, 5, 10, 20 and 30 days after full bloom. 2. Thinning effects of the above chemical sprays observed were as follows: 1) DN sprays at 200 and 400ppm were of no not iceable effect, whereas this chemical at 800ppm had heavy effect with the fruit set being over-thinned. 2) A 300ppm peach-thin spray at 2, 5 and 10 days after full bloom in 1961 had a marked effect but too much more than desired. A 200ppm spray in full bloom in 1962 had a satisfactory effect, while the same treatment applied in 1963 was greatly over-thinned. 3) Meanwhile, 3CP and NAA sprays were of no sufficient effect. 4) DNBP and Peach-thin had the same thinning effect on regardless of the length of bearings shoots. 5) The thinning effects were the same, regardless of whether the flowers treated were pollinated artificially or not. 6) No apparent injury was observed except on the trees in the case of 800ppm DNBP spray.
