ネコブセンチュウ(Meloidogyne incognita var. acrita CHITWOOD)の罹病組織汁液が各種土壌病原菌の発育におよぼす影響   :   Influence of Juices Expressed from Root-tissues Infected with Root-knot Nematode (Meloidogyne incognita var. acrita CHITWOOD) on the Growth of Several Soil Pathogens.

内容 1) Fusarium spp., Sclerotium rolfsii, Rhizoctonia solani, Phytophthora parasiticaなど7種の土壌病原菌を用いて, ネコブセンチュウ(Meloidogyne incognita var. acrita CHITWOOD)の罹病組織汁液が菌の発育におよぼす影響を明らかにした.2)罹病組織汁液を含む培地における菌糸の伸長は, F. solani f. radicicola, P. parasiticaで健全組織汁液を含む場合よりわずかに早まつたが, 他の菌種では明らかな差が認められなかつた.3)罹病組織汁液を含む組織汁液単独培地および組織汁液+sucrose培地では, いずれの供試菌も健全組織汁液を含む培地でよりも菌体乾燥重量が増大した.その傾向は組織汁液単独培地ではS. rolfsiiが, また組織汁液+sucrose培地ではR. solaniがもつとも顕著であつたしかし組織汁液+Czapeck培地では菌体重量は罹病組織汁液を含む場合に必ずしも増大しなかつた.なおS. rolfsiiでは罹病組織汁液を含む培地において菌核形成数が多かつた.4)以上の結果から, ネコブセンチュウの罹病組織汁液は各種の土壌病原菌に対して菌体の発育を促進させる影響をもつものと考えられた.
1) Author demonstrated the influence of juices expressed from galled root-tissues infected with root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita var. acrita CHITWOOD) on the growth of several soil pathogens; Fusarium spp., Sclerotium rolfsii, Rhizoctonia solani, Phytophthora parasitica. 2) The mycelial growth of F, solani f. radicicola and P. parasitica slightly hastened when they cultured with the mediums which in the presence of juices expressed from galled root-tissues than from healthy root-tissues, but there were no remarkable differences between the mycelial growth of another pathogens in the presence of galled root-tissue or healthy root-tissue juices. 3) The dry weight of mycelial body increased by all pathogens when they cultured with the mediums which composed by expressed root-tissue juices alone or sucrose added to same sources, than in case of similar composed mediums in the presence of juices expressed from healthy root-tissues. Such tendency most cleared by two pathogens, S. rolfsii and R. solani respectively, under the both conditions of expressed juices alone or sucrose added to same sources. However, in the mediums composed by Czapeck added to juices expressed from galled root-tissues, the dry weight of mycelial body not always increased by all pathogens. The number of sclerotial production of S. rolfsii, grown in three mediums in the presence of juices expressed from galled root-tissues, was larger than grown in similar composed mediums in the presence of other sources. 4) From such results, there were suggested that juices expressed from galled root-tissues infected with root-knot nematode have influence as promotive factor on the growth of several pathogens.
