内容 ナシチビガ幼虫(第3, 第4世代)に対するBT剤の効果を, 圃場試験によって検討した.同種に対するBT剤適用の可能性は, SBI-0722(800倍)およびアローBT 601(800倍, 1, 500倍)で認めることができた.さらにSBI-0722については, 第3・第4世代各2回計4回散布することによって, どの程度効果が高揚されるかを考察した.この連続散布区(多回数散布区)では他区よりすぐれた効果が示されたが, とくに第4世代に至って効果の増大化が認められたこと, かつ同区ではバチルス菌の葉上残留性も比較的高かったことが注目された.

In 1974, field tests of Bacillus thuringiensis preparations against larvae of pear leaf miners, Bacculatrix pyrivorella KUROKO, were carried out at Shiroi Town, Chiba Prefecture. SBI-0722 and Arrow BT-601 were tested at a dilution of 1: 800, and a possibility of controlling pear leaf miners was recognized in both pesticides, perhaps due to the poison effect against older larvae living on pear leaves. Special reference was made to the relation between practical effect and application frequency in the case of SBI-0722. Four times applications of the pesticide during August to September, covering the 3rd and 4th generations, showed a bigger effect than that of DDVP applications, especially in the latter period. According to the data on Bacillus-residue on leaves, it is considered that the latter result may be introduced by the residual effect.
