内容 Thielaviopsis vasicola菌と根圏微生物相との関係について検討した.本菌の土壌中における密度は接種後日数の経過とともに低下し, 非根圏において著しかった.根圏ではインゲンにおいてエンドウにおけるより高い密度が維持され, 罹病度はインゲンにおいて高かった.ササゲの罹病根の根面では健全根の根面におけるより微生物数が多く, とくに放線菌および色素耐性菌の菌数が多かった.また罹病程度の低いササゲの根面で色素耐性菌数が多かった.非宿主のトウモロコシ根面では本菌の密度が最も低く, 発病は認められず, 色素耐性菌および糸状菌数が多かった.宿主植物のインゲンの根面では本菌の密度が高く, 色素耐性菌および放線菌が多かった.しかし全細菌数に対する色素耐性菌数の割合は低かった.ササゲの根面では本菌の密度は, インゲンより少なかったが, 全細菌のうちで色素耐性菌数の割合は大きかった.タバコ黒根病罹病根上での本菌の密度は100日後には地中への埋没時の1/100に低下した.微生物は放線菌および糸状菌数が多く, 色素耐性菌数は少なかった.病組織中の菌は, 100日後においても活性が保たれている.本報告をするに当り, 供試菌の分譲並びに実験上種々便宜を与えられた日本専売公社磐田タバコ試験場浜村浩氏に感謝の意を表する.
The population of Thielaviopsis basicola decreased markedly in nonrhizosphere than in rhizosphere of bean and pea after inoculation of the fungus into non-sterile soil as the day elapsed. The population of T. basicola was kept at high level in the rhizosphere of bean than in that of pea. Bean plant was infected severely than pea plant by the fungus. Higher populations of Gram-negative bacteria and Actinomycetes were showed on the rhizoplane of cowpea infected by the fungus than on that of non-infected one. High population of Gram-negative bacteria was also found on the rhizoplane of cowpea rated low disease index. The populations of Actinomycetes and Gram-negative bacteria were the highest on the rhizoplane of nonhost plant (corn) which showed the lowest population of T. basicola. The populations of Actinomycetes and Gram-negative bacteria were also high on the rhizoplane of bean which showed the highest population of T. basicola. The populations of Gram-negative bacteria and Actinomycetes on the rhizoplane of cowpea were moderate and population of T. basicola also was moderate. T. basicola on the pieces from root of diseased tobacco plant buried in the non-sterile soil decreased markedly within 100 days. However the activity of the fungus in the diseased tissue was kept at its initial level during 100 days. The populations of Actinomycetes and fungi increased on the rhizoplane of the root but the population of Gram-negative bacteria decreased.
