内容 カボチャ栽培トンネルにおける水封チューブの効果について調べた.その結果, 次のことが明らかにされた.1.床面に置く自然対流熱交換式の水封チューブでは, 本実験の水量(53.8lit/m)でも3月から4月上旬の強い低温に対して保温が不十分であり, 極低温時にこも被覆などの補助手段を必要とした.2.通風式トンネルではこも被覆と同程度の保温が得られ, カボチャ苗は慣行定植期より1ヵ月も早い3月18日に定植でき, 収穫開始期も慣行より14〜20日早まった.3.チューブ中の水の蓄熱量は, トンネル内日射量の25%程度であり, 通風式の場合約32%であった.4.夕方から早朝までの夜間の地中伝導熱量は, 床面下0-1cm土層平均で10^<-2>cal/cm^2・minのオーダーであり, 有効放射量より1けた小さい値であった.
Effects of heat storage by water tube were examined under the plastic tunnels where spring pumpkins, Cucurbita maxima cultivar 'Ebisu' were planted. In the tunnel No.2, a tube filled with water of 53.8 lit/m was put on the ground surface covered with P. E. film. In the tunnel No.3, air surrounding a water tube with the same volume as the No.2 was circulated to accelerate heat exchange between the air and the water by using a blower. As a result, the following facts were known: 1. The tunnel No.2 was not enough to keep warm against the extreme low temperature from March to early April, so that supplementary means as straw matting will be necessary. 2. The tunnel No.3 kept as warm as the covering of straw mat. Accordingly, the tunnel No.2 covered with straw mat at extreme low temperature nights and the No.3 enabled to set the seedlings on 18 March one month earlier and to harvest 14-20 days earlier than the normal culture (tunnel No.1). 3. The heat stored in the water in the tube was about 25-0x1.f9ap+0nd 3226662615000f the amount of insolation within the tunnels No.2 and No.3, respectively. 4. The average soil heat flux passing through the soil layer between 0 and 1 cm depth below the tunnel floor surface was the order of 10^<-2> cal/cm^2 min during the period of evening to early morning and was one order smaller than the effective radiation.
