ウンシュウミカンにおける着花型について   :   Flower setting of the Satsuma Mandarin (Citrus unshiu Marc.) in relation to type of branching and its position in the tree crown

内容 早生ウンシュウミカン(宮川系)の標準的樹勢の成木を用いて着花調査を1976年から5か年間継続しておこない, 着花型を明らかにした.調査は, 結果母枝を樹冠内着生部位ならびに方位別に類別し, それぞれの結果母枝内節別に着生全花を標識し, 比較対照しておこなった.1.花の種類別樹冠内分布は, 樹冠南面で有葉花, 北面で直花の着生比率が高い.有葉花と直花の着生は相互に反比例の関係にある.2.結果母枝内の節位別着花は, 第1節では, 無着花節率が高く, 第2節では, 着花節が高率となる.基部に近い節では, 着花節率は低下する.3.樹冠内での結果母枝種類別優占花は, 長枝で有葉花, 短枝で直花である.4.開花の進行は, 7日目程度でほぼ満開となる.樹冠南面では, 比較的短期間で開花が進む.5.花の種類別開花の進行は, 有葉花が早い.6.結果母枝内での開花は, 中間附近の節から始まり, 先端, 基部の順で咲き進む。平均開花日数は先端で3日, 基部で2日である.7.樹冠北面の結果母枝基部節では, 遅咲き花の比率が高い.8.樹冠全体の着花の増減には, 結果母枝第1節目での着花の増減が大きな要素となり, この節での着花減が樹冠全体での着花減の要因となる.
I studied on the modes of flower settng and of flowering of the Satsuma mandarin (Citrus unshiu Marcovitch), during 1976 and 1980. For the research on flower setting, I divided the tree crown into northern and southern parts, and then divided each of the lateral branch growing in the northern and southern parts of tree crown into groups of upright branches and horizontal or slightly weeping branches and studied on the flower setting modes observed on the nodes of the bearing shoots growing on these lateral branches belonging to the above groups. For the purpose of the reseach, I categorized inflorescence into leafy and leafless inflorescences, an subdivided the latter into inflorescences with one or two flowers in this experiment. The results of the experiment showed that there was delirite patterns in the flower setting of the Satsuma mandarin according to the position of bearing shoots on upright and weeping branches, bearing shoot length and the node position on which bearing shoot are produced. The pattern of flower setting found in thir experiment was as follows; The percentages of leafy and leafless inflorescences were high in the southern and northern parts of the tree crown, respectively. However, on short bearing shoots, the rate of leafless inflorescences war high, regardless of thir positions in the tree crown. On the spur (short bearing shoot), there was many leafless inflorescence as compared with long branches. The percentage of flower setting was low on the terminal nodes and on the second nodes the ratio of leafy inflorescences was highest. When looking at the tree crown as a whole, 36.70f all flowers from bloomed the first day until the fourth day the from the beginning of flowering and 79.1139675904ntil the seventh day, and the blooming period was about seventh days to the full bloom stage. The flowers in the leafy inflorescence bloomed earlier than those of leafless in florescence. The blooming on the terminal node concentrated around the middle of flowering period.
