キュウリつる割病に対するカニ殻の土壌添加の効果   :   Effect of soil amendment with grouud crab shell on Fusarium wilt of cucumber caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum

内容 病原菌Fusarium oxysporum (Schl.) f. sp. cucumerinum Owenを接種した無殺菌土壌(自然土壌)へのカニ穀の添加はキュウリつる割病の発生を低下させたが, 殺菌土壌への添加は効果がみられなかった.効果の発現は, 添加約30日後にあらわれた.カニ殻の土壌への添加は, 殺菌土壌および無殺菌土壌ともに糸状菌, 放線菌, 色素耐性細菌, 細菌および病原菌拮抗放線菌を増加させたが, 無殺菌土壌では, 殺菌土壌におけるより, 色素耐性細菌および病原菌拮抗放線菌の増加がやや多かった.また, 自然土壌への添加は, 土壌からの炭酸ガス発生を助長し, 土壌反応を酸性からアルカリに上昇させた.
The incidence of Fusarium wilt of cucumber in natural soil infected with Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum was reduced by amendment of ground crab shell in green-house experimeut. Effect of reduction for Fusarium wilt by crab shell amendment was not founded in autoclaved soil. Effect of reduction was appeared about 30 days after amendment. Population of causal fungus was reduced in natural amended soil. But the population in autoclaved amended soil was increased. Population of fungi in general, bacteria, actinomycetes, Gram-negative bacteria, and antagonistic actinomycetes for the causal fungus were increased in both natural and autoclaved amended soils. Antagonistic actinomycetes for the causal fungus and Gram-negative bacteria were shown higher population in natural amended soil than in autoclaved amended soil. Production of CO_2 in natural soil was accelerated by crab shell amendment and pH in amended soil became alkaline.
