内容 Relationship between the net radiation on peanut vegetation and the solar radiation was investigated. The regression equation obtained was as follows: Rn=0.530S+0.576 where Rn is the net radiation on peanut vegetion [MJ・m^<-2>・d^<-1>] and S is the solar radiation [MJ・m^<-2>・d^<-1>]. The percentage of the area covered by peanut vegetation did not affect the relationship. The increase of reflected short wave radiation and the decrease of upward long wave radiation from the vegetation were the same (1.2 MJ・m^<-2>・d^<-1>) on the clear summer days in Japan. The effect of the vegetation on the net radiation was therefore nullified by this effect. Consequently, it is not necessary to consider the effect of vegetation on net radiation in peanuts.
