内容 To develop an AGE (Applied General Equilibrium) model of Japanese Agriculture, two major steps are needed: One is to determine a system of equations (i. e. the economic agents' behavioral equations and market clearing conditions), and the other is to construct a particular year-of-record benchmark equilibrium data set and to calibrate the behavioral parameters consistent with the constructed data set. In this paper, we argue the latter step. First of all, we build a micro consistent data set using mainly an Input-Output extension table (1989, MITI). The procedure is equivalent to constructing the SAM (Social Accounting Matrix). This agriculture-oriented data set has two distinctive originalities: First, the detailed description of agricultural sectors and second the inclusion of cultivated land as a production factor. These two points have so far not been under consideration in the AGE analyses of Japanese agriculture. Furthermore, the behavioral parameters of the model are calibrated. This guarantees a benchmark equilibrium under the economic optimization of all agents given specific economic and/or political environments. Finally, some comparative statics will be conducted (impact of rice import).
