住居系市街地における高木保全に関する研究   :   A Study of the Conservation of Tall Trees at the Residential Area.

内容 The purposes of this study are to make clear how many tall trees at the residential area are able to satisfy the inhabitants, and suggest a new proposal to conserve tall trees at the residential area. I investigated the relation between tall trees and the consciousness of inhabitants at the residential area. And I investigated the characteristics of the distribution of tall trees at the housing sites. The results are as follows; 1) 2, 026 tall trees were found in study area, of which 1, 597 were black pine (Pinus thunbergii). These were mainly planted in the private housing sites. 2) Although the greenery occupancy rate was below 30%, many of the residents were satisfied with the amount of existing greenery. The analysis of the relation shows that about 17 tall trees per ha satisfy 75 0nhabitants with the consciousness of verdure. 3) The residents were interested in not only conservation and maintenance of tall trees, but also in their new planting. 4) If area of the housing site is over 300m^2, tall trees will be conserved. 5) If it is not over 300m^2, it is required to keep under 35.7% building-to-land ratio, or to keep 32.7m^2 open space. Especially dividing the housing site, it is important to conserve the southern open space. 6) The scenic zone system is useful to consevate tall trees, but it cannot contribute to bring up tall trees. So it is neccessary to make a new conservation system, like Bebauungsplan and Pflanzgebot in Germany, for conservation of tall trees. 7) The conservation and bringing up of tall trees are concerned with the city planning and the other conservational system. 8) It is also saggested that, in future, it is necessary to add the aspect of tall trees to the environmental conservation plan and push the new all-round plan. 9) we must not only conservation the environmental residential area, but also constract them, namely these results are useful to make the residential area or villa.
