内容 長引く不況と輸入品との競争によってインテグレークーが経営戦略と連動して生産システムを転換することが必要になった.多くのインテグレーターは付加価値の拡大や品質水準の向上のためにブランド化を強め, 契約生産から品質管理のしやすい委託生産や直営生産への転換を図るようになった.規模拡大の必要性が強かった後発のインテグレーターによって委託生産は早くから導入され, 生産システムの中心になってきた.伝統的な家族経営による規模拡大には効率的な鶏舎の更新や増設に必要投資額が増大し, インテグレーターからの投資による委託生産への転換が選択された.また, 生産者の高齢化によって契約生産が維持できなくなりつつあり, 担い手の確保ができない場合や, 規模拡大, 品質管理の向上をはかる場合は委託生産または直営生産に転換することがみられた.伝統的な契約生産が支配的な旧産地では, 新しい生産システムへの転換が制約されたが, 生産効率を向上させるためのインセンティブシステムが検討された.この三つの生産システムにそれぞれ固有の問題を抱え, インテグレーターが規模, 銘柄, 安全性によって三つの生産システムを組み合わせて調整し, 生産効率を上げるためのインセンティブな報酬システムを契約条件に入れるようになった.
This paper examines the problems of production system, payment system and the succession of management in the domestic poultry industry. Under the economic depression which are prolonged and the competition with the import broiler, it is necessary that integrators convert their production systems linking with management strategies. In order to expand added value and to improve a quality level of products, many integrators came to strengthen their brand strategies of the product, and convert contract production system into commission or direct management production system. The commission production system was early introduced by late-coming integrators whose necessity for scale expansion was strong, and took the leading position in the production system. To expand the scale of traditional family management, the amount of investment for updating and extension of an efficient henhouse increased, and the contract producers had to expect the investment from integrators. Converting to a efficient henhouse brought a large merits also for integrators, such as saving products costs, and the improvement in a quality control, so converting into commission production system which invested by integrators and managed by farm families became a subject for integrators. Moreover, it's becoming impossible to maintain contract production system by the aged producers. When securing a successor was difficult, or when the improvement in scale expansion and quality control was aimed at, converting a farm from contract into commission or direct management production system were observed. Although conversion to a new production system was restricted at the old production area where traditional contract production was dominant, the incentive system for raising production efficiency was examined.
