内容 千葉大学森林環境園芸農場内の果樹園土壌およびスギ林土壌について, 0.1Mピロリン酸ナトリウム・水酸化ナトリウム(1:1)混液および0.1M水酸化ナトリウム溶液を用いて得られた腐植物質について土地利用形態の差異が腐植形態とその集積要因におよぼす影響を比較検討した.(1) SPP+NaOH抽出腐植酸は熊田のRF-ΔlogKに従えば, TNF-3, TNO-5ともにA型に分類され, 埋没腐植層では高いRF値を示し腐植化の進行が認められた.(2) 両土壌のSSP+NaOH, NaOH抽出腐植酸を比較すると, SSP+NaOH抽出腐植酸は全ての試料がA型に分類されたが, NaOH抽出腐植酸はBないしP型に分類される層位が存在した.この結果は, 両抽出剤の抽出効率を反映した結果であると判断された.(3) SPP+NaOH抽出腐植溶液では, TNO-5の5AB, 6A層ではFe, Al含量が増加することから, この層位ではAp, 4Bw層とは母材が異なることが認められた.(4) 果樹園土壌(TNO-5)では果樹栽培を長期間継続していることから, スギ林土壌(TNF-3)に比べ土壌は人為的影響を強く受けていると判断された.
The chemical properties of humic substances obtained form forest soils at Japanese cedar forest (TNF-3) (Cryptomeria japonica) and apple garden (TNO-5) of Chiba University's Environmental Horticulture and Forestry (Tone Koreichi) were discussed relating to humus accumulation and classification of humic acids. Humic substances were extracted with 0.1M NaOH (NaOH) and mixture of 0.1M Na_4P_2O_7 and 0.1M NaOH (SPP+NaOH) from eight soil samples collected from 4 horizons in two soil profiles TNF-3 and TNO-5 including buried horizons. Humic acids (HAs) of all soil samples extracted with SPP+NaOH belonged to the A type area on the RF-ΔlogK diagram according to Kumada method. The buried horizons in both soils showed high degree of humification with high values of RF. Value of RF of Has extracted with NaOH in both soils were low compared to those of Has extracted with SPP+NaOH. This could relate to difference of extractable efficiency between NaOH and SSP+NaOH. Contents of Fe and Al in extracted humic solution from buried horizons in TNO-5 were larger than those in TNF-3. It seems that accumulation and properties of humic substances in soils largely depend on composition of these metals, which probably from complexes with humic substances. It considers that soil formation process of TNF-5 was recognized as secondary sedimentation, and it was affected by strong artificial influences such as soil managements.
