内容 Purpose: Peripheral circulation in fingertip and foot using Accelerated Plethysmography(APG) was compared in relation to intensity of exercise. Methods: Twelve healthy students cycled for 20 minutes at the intensity of 30 0x1.35a38p-890nd 601024110400f HR max reserve. APG and blood pressure were measured at rest and 5 to 30 minutes after exercise at the supine position. Results: 1) APG index in foot was lower than fingertip both intensity. 2) There was significant increase of △APG index from rest in fingertip and foot after the intensity of 60% HR max reserve. 3) No significant differences of △APG index between fingertip and foot was both the intensity of 30 0x0.00000b6bdb55bp-1022nd 60% HR max reserve. 4) There were no significant relationship among △APG index, △heart rate and △pule pressure in fingertip and foot after both intensities. Conclusion: The exercise intensity of 60% HR max reserve is an efficient intensity for improving peripheral circulation compared with 30% HR max-reserve both fingertip and foot.
